You're Registered!

To officially hold and promote yourself as a REALTOR®, new members must complete the following three requirements:

✔️ Join a Local REALTOR® Association

✔️ Complete the one-time Mandatory Orientation

✔️ Complete a Code of Ethics course for new members

⏱️ Important Deadline:

New members are given 90 days (three months) from the date of application to complete all requirements.

Please note: Individuals may not present or advertise themselves as a REALTOR® until all three requirements have been completed.

Lisa is an Associate Broker and a Georgia Real Estate Commission Approved Instructor. Having experienced every kind of market condition from housing collapse to the real estate feeding frenzy of 2020, she knows that today’s market brings new and even tougher challenges for licensees, REALTORs and consumers. Education isn’t an option, it’s vital. What you don’t know CAN hurt you, your Broker, and your client. Lisa teaches pre-license and Continuing Education around the State. Lisa served as the 2021 NAMAR President, the 2020 GAR Forms Committee Chair and has remained active on the committee since 2017, she currently serves on GAR State & Local, Professional Development and Grievance, as well. Lisa has served as NAR Director 2020/2021, two years on the NAR Conventional Finance and Housing Policy Committee. She was the 2023 GREEA (Georgia Real Estate Educators Association) President, a Member of the GAR State and Local Committee and Finance Committees. She is currently GAR Director. She was the 2017 NAMAR REALTOR of the Year and the 2018 GREEA Rising Star
