You're Registered!

GA Licensees are required to complete a 25-hour Post-License course within the first 12 months of receiving your Georgia salesperson’s license. This requirement is necessary to maintain an active license status.

The course includes a final exam, which must be successfully completed at the conclusion of the course in order to receive credit.

The 25-hour Post-License course satisfies your post-license requirement and also counts for 9 hours toward your 36-hour Continuing Education (CE) requirement for your first license renewal.

To complete your CE requirement, you will need to finish an additional 27 hours of CE, which must include 3 hours of mandatory Georgia License Law.

Lisa served as the 2021 NAMAR President, the 2020 GAR Forms Committee Chair and has remained active on the committee since 2017, she currently serves on GAR State & Local, Professional Development and Grievance, as well. Lisa has served as NAR Director 2020/2021, two years on the NAR Conventional Finance and Housing Policy Committee. She was the 2023 GREEA (Georgia Real Estate Educators Association) President, a Member of the GAR State and Local Committee and Finance Committees. She is currently GAR Director. She was the 2017 NAMAR REALTOR of the Year and the 2018 GREEA Rising Star
