This course is to equip real estate professionals with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various property types and their implications on the mortgage process. Throughout the course, participants will gain proficiency in identifying and differentiating between the various property types.  Moreover, participants will explore how different property-related conditions affect mortgage applications and approvals. Additionally, the class will delve into the critical role of appraisals for these various property type real estate transactions, including techniques for assessing comparable sales, repairs, appraisal waivers, and title issues.
